A short note on guilt
Guilt looks like reflection but does not move. It circles. It rehearses. It punishes without teaching.
Growth looks at the same day and asks a different question: What did I learn? What will I do differently tomorrow?
A parent who lives in guilt becomes anxious. A parent who lives in growth becomes wise. Children can feel the difference long before they can name it.
With warmth,
Dr. Bhavana Karkera
Every Reflection begins a conversation.
Every conversation has the power
to transform a relationship.
A meaningful shift doesn't begin with having all the answers.
It begins with the willingness to begin one unhurried conversation.
